ORDER PROCESSING
All Partoon orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase. Parcels are sent from Sydney, Australia.
Shipping time frames are in addition to our order processing times. Any orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-7 days from the order date. Depending on the country in which you reside, a customs duty may be charged to you. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Partoon is not responsible for the payment of any duties, the shipping provider will collect any applicable fees from you.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Free International shipping is offered on orders over $1000.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time frames are in addition to order processing times. Orders will be delivered between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery during this time.
CHOICE OF COURIER
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. All International orders are shipped by Fedex.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
You may have the option to request Australia Post to leave the parcel in a safe place without a signature. If you provide Australia Post with an Authority to Leave the risk of loss or damage to parcels will pass onto you and we are not liable for missing, lost or stolen parcels. We recommend against selecting Authority to Leave to protect your parcel from being lost or stolen.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED
In the event that your order is not delivered, missing or lost, please reach out to our customer care team via email at contact@partoon.co. Once the package has been declared lost by the shipping provider, we can issue you a replacement, store credit or refund.
If your order is stated as delivered on the tracking information but the parcel is unable to be located, customers must reach out to our customer care team via email at contact@partoon.co within 5 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received the product(s). Please email contact@partoon.co to initiate a return. Products must be returned with their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving the order back. The initial postage free will not be refunded.
